Been on the Plexus vitamins for almost a month now with very postive results. My blood pressure pills cause constipation and discomfort. Guess what, all systems are go now and I am not tired in the afternoon anymore. I am also down 4 pounds to boot. Gonna try the Slim stuff with my next order.

Just wanted to remind everone that Michele and I have a great little listing on Valley View in Norco. I am taking Renee's Nexus challenge on. Trying the vitamins and Pro-Botics for a start. So far so good. No more sugar cravings and 10pm and my appetite is back where it belongs. Now maybe I can get off of this bloody plateau I have been on. Still weigh 230# and size 16. Just 45 pounds to go and I want it gone now. I am going to try the weight loss drink starting the end of the month. I thought it was more important to level everything out first and my knees feel better now too.
