Well, my day is just made. Happy dance and ego in the clouds. This is a note one of my clients sent me - "Thanks for everything, specifically to recommend us this house (I would have never found it on our own) and for your recommendation (and very quick if I may add) on home inspectors in the area. You are a valuable resource!!!!" I shall glow all day.
