Knees are singing a bit of a song (forgot to take the aspirin) Walked 1.55 miles with no rest stops. Dr. will be proud of me. She said to push through the pain (osteoarthritis) and she is correct, about 1/2 way through, the knees quit hurting. Need to keep this up every other day.
