Do you know what another plus is to losing all this weight? I can clip my own toe nails and put my shoes on and tie my tennis shoes and breath at the same time. To funny I know. But I just realized I wasn't having to hold my breath and turn blue while I did my shoes. Another blessing discovered today. Plus my new horse is so willing and coming along nicely. Saddling in the next few days. .
