Well, in as much as I am not a joiner and I am suspicious as all get out of new stuff, Renee convinced me to try this stuff. Well it works. I have been battling constipation and tiredness since I had to start taking blood pressure pills. Woohoo. Now all systems are go and feel so much better and my knees stopped hurting all the time. So, yes I joined and am now an Ambassador too. I am getting off of the plateau I have been stuck on and looking fast on the size 14 coming up. "HappyDance"
