Just found this post and had to share it. I can sure tell the difference if I forget to take my Plexus. Love it for sure. Jen says~ I was just going through old Christmas photos and came across this picture of me from 2 yrs ago. I was unhappy with myself back then, but I smiled through it. Thank goodness I have been able to lose the weight, and maintain a healthy weight with Plexus. I eat like a normal person. And to keep it real, I'm going to let you know that tonight, I ate pasta for dinner, then topped it off with a Dairy Queen Blizzard. Maintain.... that's the trick to dieting, right? I've tried So Many diets over the years, and I have lost weight with each of them. Slim Fast, Atkins Diet, HCG Drops, to name a few. Counting carbs, Counting calories, Weighing Food. These methods didn't last. I got tired of not eating like a normal person, so I would go off the diet after about 3 months. I lost weight with all of them, then put the weight back on. Year after year, I was on a weight loss-gain rollercoaster. Then I found Plexus. Plexus is not a diet. It helps me by getting my gut healthy, balancing my blood sugars, and getting my body back in balance (this is the secret for success). I have not skipped a day of taking these products for almost 2 yrs, and I am still maintaining my weight with Slim, Probio5, and Biocleanse
