Just found this post and had to share it. I can sure tell the difference if I forget to take my Plexus. Love it for sure. Jen says~ I was just going through old Christmas photos and came across this picture of me from 2 yrs ago. I was unhappy with myself back then, but I smiled through it. Thank goodness I have been able to lose the weight, and maintain a healthy weight with Plexus. I eat like a normal person. And to keep it real, I'm going to let you know that tonight, I ate pasta for dinner, then topped it off with a Dairy Queen Blizzard. Maintain.... that's the trick to dieting, right? I've tried So Many diets over the years, and I have lost weight with each of them. Slim Fast, Atkins Diet, HCG Drops, to name a few. Counting carbs, Counting calories, Weighing Food. These methods didn't last. I got tired of not eating like a normal person, so I would go off the diet after about 3 months. I lost weight with all of them, then put the weight back on. Year after year, I was on a weight loss-gain rollercoaster. Then I found Plexus. Plexus is not a diet. It helps me by getting my gut healthy, balancing my blood sugars, and getting my body back in balance (this is the secret for success). I have not skipped a day of taking these products for almost 2 yrs, and I am still maintaining my weight with Slim, Probio5, and Biocleanse

Well, I did not get taken out for my 50th anniversary last night. My daughter showed up with my 6 grand kids and made Shrimp Scampi over linguine (giant shrimp) Was delicious. Kids were every so entertaining and I laughed myself silly. We had celebratory cake and ice cream and tons of fun. Beats going out to dinner by a mile and a half. Nothing is better than family.

I am so pissed a UPS right now I could scream. I live on a cul-de-sac that is very animal friendly. We all keep our dogs fenced in and watch out for the cats when we drive. They are car smart and get out of the way but not when you roar down the street to fast and don't even give em a chance to run. Now my husband had to pick up the body and we have to tell a very sweet lady that her kitty is dead. There was no reason for it and if I could of gotten my hands on him he would be singing soprano.

WOW!! This is AMAZING!! Just another great example of how amazing Plexus is!! Check it out.... This one's for the guys! We all know Xfactor grows hair like crazy, look at what our MegaX is doing!!! Wes has been using the Triplex of Slim, our healthy "pink drink", our powerful probiotic, Probio5, and the magnesium supplement, Biocleanse for well over a year. In October his darling wife added the MegaX, our turbo-charged omega supplement. Dude is his hair awesome or what?!?!! It's like Rogaine without the negative side effects, such as: severe scalp irritation; unwanted growth of facial hair; chest pain, fast heartbeats; swelling in your hands or feet, rapid weight gain; a light-headed feeling, like you might pass out; headache, dizziness, confusion; or. flushing (warmth, redness, or tingly feeling) I have seen wonderful things with my hair too😊

I have such a great family. My niece and her husband Cheyenna and Daniel came over after a hard days work and helped me move a 40 x 48 horse pen. When I first set it up for my new boy I set it up in the near corner of a big huge area I have for my horses I let Chic have the rest of the space. The neighbor behind me has three horses and Chic spends all his time end of the Arena so that he can be next to them. My new boy was fretting himself into an ulcer and scaring me to death. No sleep for two nights. I called Cheyenna to tell her what was going on and boom she and Dan were here, moving the pin down to the far end where Trace could be close to Chic and the other horses. He is now much more relaxed, no more pacing and no more sad looks. We are putting him on the ulcer regime for 10 days just to be safe. He is out there standing side-by-side with his buddy talking to the horses across the fence. I should've thought of this to begin with. Thank you Dan for your muscles and your hard work and Cheyenna for your great idea and emotional support!!!!!

I an having a really pissy evening. My neighbor called me at 4:30 to say my new horse was down and up and down acting colicy. Shit. I have been walking him since. He has good gut sounds, wants his dinner and is no longer acting like he wants to roll. So now I get to watch him all night long and live with this tremendous knot in my stomach. My fear of loss is so great that all I can do is sit here and cry 'cause I am so scared.

Been on Plexus for 6 weeks and have lost 4 pounds, sleep through the night now and no longer constipated. Love it. My grandson, Nathan, has some kind of weird allergy going on with him that the doctors haven't figured out yet so I gave him a bottle of ProBotics. He says it is helping a lot. DONT GIVE UP! Michelle Stout-Zakharov shares: Most of the times people don't give their body enough time on Plexus and give up right before the good stuff happens. Depending on the amount of good vs bad bacteria in your gut, it could take up to 3 to 6 months for your body to find balance and healing. I, for one, was, at times, frustrated with how long my weight loss was taking. It's taken me 11 months to lose 45 pounds. If I had given up after 2 or 3 months (when I'd only lost 10 pounds), I would've never reached the level of success that I have. Plexus is not a get quick skinny kind of deal. It is a tool to help your body find balance. And that differs from person to person. I'm so glad I stuck it out. I still have a few pounds to go, but the healing that has taken place on the inside is the true miracle! It's all about being consistent with your products. These supplements won't work if you don't give them a chance to work. You can buy them and then have them sit on your counter... but, what good is that doing YOU? Make a decision to change your health. It is the best decision I've made for myself. Ever. " ~

Worked my new horse some more on ground training today. When I asked him for his head he brought it all the way to the cinch line without being pulled on. He is so smart. He also discovered that the saddle blanket could make a great toy. Slowly but surely working up to putting a saddle on him the easy way. The natural horsemanship way is so easy on both of us and fun. He got a good grooming as his reward cause he is such a good boy.

WOOOOOOOOW!!! Check out my fellow Plexus Ambassador Wendy Bersche and her hubby!! These pictures are THE SAME PERSON!!! She says, "Healthy is healthy. You don't have to "see" if it works for you, healthy works for everyone! The picture on the left was taken over 10 years ago, I was in my 30's. The picture on the right was taken today. I turn 48 in 3 months. I love living a Plexus life, because ultimately, how you feel effects the way you look!"

Another mass shooting in San Bernardino and now Gov. Brown and his minions are calling for more gun control. GOOD. Lets start with open armed carry - no permit needed just clearance to own a gun. If someone had had a gun in there the innocent body count would be a lot lower and the bad boys would be pushing up daisies. No brainer as far as I am concerned. By the time the authorities get there it is over, we have to be able and ready to defend ourselves or be a statistic.

December is frequently a month chock full of social obligations, both formal and informal. Add to this preparations for travel, parties, and your regular work duties, and all of the "relaxation" supposedly packed in the month can be as elusive as the holiday spirit. Oh, and don't forget the shopping... Where is it written we have to do it all? In case you need reminding, you absolutely have permission not to participate in every invitation. Like many sales professionals, real estate agents feel any missed opportunity to shake hands and make connections is a potentially lost sale or referral. Not only is this somewhat cynical, viewing the bonhomie of holiday events as premium networking opportunities, but it discounts the value of your time. You are not obligated to participate 24/7. Every time you decide to do something, you decide not to do something else. Social pressure can be a potent anesthetic, as it spares us temporarily the pain of unfinished, but important work, and our own much-needed time to recharge and gain perspective. Do not spend your days and nights as if you have an infinite number in the bank of time. Be deliberate with your yes and your no. You can find balance in the frenzy if you make an effort to create more space for yourself. Sharon Sharon K. Shepherd BRE # 01016493 http://ift.tt/1MESG5H

Don't be a couch potato! Stay active throughout the day. Years ago, women burned far more calories than we do today. Now, we have to proactively plan our exercise time in. Make sure you keep moving throughout the day. Sit less. Move more. T. V. Off throughout the day,if possible. It's a huge distraction and time stealer.#stayactiv

OK my new horse has given me my heart attack for the day. I went out to clean his corral and and looked up to see him slowly backing up at me looking over his shoulder. My heart stopped until I remembered that my sister and my niece scratch their horses tails and fannies and their horses are forever backing up to get a butt scratch. Trace was asking for the same. I stood to the side and scratched him not directly behind like my sister would trust in him as she does and knowing him much better than me. I know my niece does the same thing with him. I offered him a belly and a chest scratch and that seemed to satisfy him just as well but trying to pick up poop while being bothered by petme love sure makes work interesting. I had just put all his hay in for the night and he still was more interested in being petted he such a love and a sweetie. So looking forward to having him trained so I can go riding.

My niece came by last night with a 40 x 40 pin and this lovely paint gelding. I'm so tickled I can't see straight. He is five years old with excellent bloodlines and he was a gift. I'm giving him a couple of days to get settled and I am going to start groundbreaking him. Then I'm going to be very picky about what trainer I send him to as I don't want someone who bits them up and beats on them.. I am going to find someone who uses the John Lyons, Perelli, or Anderson method. This little horses so kind and willing (well 15.1 or 15.2) he is already learning the lunging commands and he's bending like he should giving me his head. His grandmother and his mother were sweethearts so I just know he's going to be the same. I can't wait to go riding on him. His sire is also a fantastic riding horse

Owning a home can pay off at tax time. Take advantage of these homeownership-related tax deductions and strategies to lower your tax bill: Mortgage Interest Deduction One of the neatest deductions itemizing homeowners can take advantage of is the mortgage interest deduction, which you claim on Schedule A. To get the mortgage interest deduction, your mortgage must be secured by your home — and your home can be a house, trailer, or boat, as long as you can sleep in it, cook in it, and it has a toilet. Interest you pay on a mortgage of up to $1 million — or $500,000 if you’re married filing separately — is deductible when you use the loan to buy, build, or improve your home. If you take on another mortgage (including a second mortgage, home equity loan, or home equity line of credit) to improve your home or to buy or build a second home, that counts towards the $1 million limit. If you use loans secured by your home for other things — like sending your kid to college — you can still deduct the interest on loans up $100,000 ($50,000 for married filing separately) because your home secures the loan. Prepaid Interest Deduction Prepaid interest (or points) you paid when you took out your mortgage is generally 100% deductible in the year you paid it along with other mortgage interest. If you refinance your mortgage and use that money for home improvements, any points you pay are also deductible in the same year. But if you refinance to get a better rate or shorten the length of your mortgage, or to use the money for something other than home improvements, such as college tuition, you’ll need to deduct the points over the life of your mortgage. Say you refi into a 10-year mortgage and pay $3,000 in points. You can deduct $300 per year for 10 years. So what happens if you refi again down the road? Example: Three years after your first refi, you refinance again. Using the $3,000 in points scenario above, you’ll have deducted $900 ($300 x 3 years) so far. That leaves $2,400, which you can deduct in full the year you complete your second refi. If you paid points for the new loan, the process starts again; you can deduct the points over the life of the loan. Home mortgage interest and points are reported on Schedule A of IRS Form 1040. Your lender will send you a Form 1098 that lists the points you paid. If not, you should be able to find the amount listed on the HUD-1 settlement sheet you got when you closed the purchase of your home or your refinance closing. Property Tax Deduction You can deduct on Schedule A the real estate property taxes you pay. If you have a mortgage with an escrow account, the amount of real estate property taxes you paid shows up on your annual escrow statement. If you bought a house this year, check your HUD-1 settlement statement to see if you paid any property taxes when you closed the purchase of your house. Those taxes are deductible on Schedule A, too. PMI and FHA Mortgage Insurance Premiums The 2014 tax season was the last for which you could claim the PMI deduction unless Congress renews it for 2015, which may happen. In the last few years, Congress has reauthorized it retroactively. You can deduct the cost of private mortgage insurance (PMI) as mortgage interest on Schedule A if you itemize your return. The change only applies to loans taken out in 2007 or later. What’s PMI? If you have a mortgage but didn’t put down a fairly good-sized down payment (usually 20%), the lender requires the mortgage be insured. The premium on that insurance can be deducted, so long as your income is less than $100,000 (or $50,000 for married filing separately). If your adjusted gross income is more than $100,000, your deduction is reduced by 10% for each $1,000 ($500 in the case of a married individual filing a separate return) that your adjusted gross income exceeds $100,000 ($50,000 in the case of a married individual filing a separate return). So, if you make $110,000 or more, you can’t claim the deduction (10% x 10 = 100%). Besides private mortgage insurance, there’s government insurance from FHA, VA, and the Rural Housing Service. Some of those premiums are paid at closing, and deducting them is complicated. A tax adviser or tax software program can help you calculate this deduction. Also, the rules vary between the agencies. Vacation Home Tax Deductions The rules on tax deductions for vacation homes are complicated. Do yourself a favor and keep good records about how and when you use your vacation home. If you’re the only one using your vacation home (you don’t rent it out for more than 14 days a year), you deduct mortgage interest and real estate taxes on Schedule A. Rent your vacation home out for more than 14 days and use it yourself fewer than 15 days (or 10% of total rental days, whichever is greater), and it’s treated like a rental property. Your expenses are deducted on Schedule E. Rent your home for part of the year and use it yourself for more than the greater of 14 days or 10% of the days you rent it and you have to keep track of income, expenses, and allocate them based on how often you used and how often you rented the house. Homebuyer Tax Credit This isn’t a deduction, but it’s important to keep track of if you claimed it in 2008. There were federal first-time homebuyer tax credits in 2008, 2009, and 2010. If you claimed the homebuyer tax credit for a purchase made after April 8, 2008, and before Jan. 1, 2009, you must repay 1/15th of the credit over 15 years, with no interest. The IRS has a tool you can use to help figure out what you owe each year until it’s paid off. Or if the home stops being your main home, you may need to add the remaining unpaid credit amount to your income tax on your next tax return. Generally, you don’t have to pay back the credit if you bought your home in 2009, 2010, or early 2011. The exception: You have to repay the full credit amount if you sold your house or stopped using it as primary residence within 36 months of the purchase date. Then you must repay it with your tax return for the year the home stopped being your principal residence. The repayment rules are less rigorous for uniformed service members, Foreign Service workers, and intelligence community workers who got sent on extended duty at least 50 miles from their principal residence. Energy-Efficiency Upgrades The 2014 tax season was the last for which you could claim the residential energy tax credit for making your home more energy efficient — unless Congress renews it for 2015. Tax credits are especially valuable because they let you offset what you owe the IRS dollar for dollar for up to 10% of the amount you spent on certain home energy-efficiency upgrades. The credit carries a lifetime cap of $500 (less for some products), so if you’ve used it in years past, you’ll have to subtract prior tax credits from that $500 limit. Lucky for you, there’s no cap on how much you’ll save on utility bills thanks to your energy-efficiency upgrades. Among the upgrades that might qualify for the credit: Biomass stoves Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning Insulation Roofs (metal and asphalt) Water heaters (non-solar) Windows, doors, and skylights If it’s renewed, file IRS Form 5695 with your return. Speed Up Your Computer with The Great Suspender Here's a tip for all of you out there who use Google Chrome's browser. Did you know that every open tab in Google Chrome can chew up your computer's memory, causing the machine to slow down or even freeze? Chrome is a great browser, but often tabs left open will consume resources, even when you're not looking at them. The Great Suspender is a free plug-in for Google Chrome which automatically suspends any tab you haven't looked at after a pre-determined amount of time. Tabs can be "put to sleep" in as quick as 20 seconds. When you want to "wake up" the tab again, you simply click on the tab's "sleeping screen" to reload it. You can even "whitelist" certain types of tabs so they never fall asleep (like your Gmail tab, for instance). You can add The Great Suspender to Chrome for free here: http://ift.tt/11U2G60

This is a forward from Scott Levitt who send me some great stuff. The DIY Wonderland of WooHome I love creative home design ideas, and I'm sure you c do, too. One of the coolest websites I've come across recently for home design ideas is WooHome.com. The website is full of projects large and small to help you creatively use space, salvage and repurpose common items, and decorate seasonally. The website has sections for architecture, furniture, garden, home gadgets, interior design, and outdoor areas. Almost all of the articles feature numerous images you can use for inspiration. Some of my favorite examples include this bookshelf article and his pallet storage piece. WooHome is a great resource if you're into creating home inspiration collections on Pinterest, too. Becky Hensley Reaves shares an update on her daughter Ashley: "The picture speaks for itself! A little over a month ago Ashley had lost all of her hair and now a month later she has a head full of thick growing hair!! WHOSE HAIR GROWS THIS FAST?!? God is answering prayers. As my friend Beth said, "When God says grow, you grow!" Lots of people have asked, "what is she on??" When this journey with Alopecia began I couldn't read enough and one of the things that was consistent with autoimmune was that 70% of your immune system is in your gut. So that being said, if you can regulate your gut maybe you can control flare ups. We started Ashley on Plexus Probio 5, Plexus BioCleanse, and an oral steroid Prednisone once daily. We tried the Plexus Slim but she is not big on messing with her water! Well I can't deny what is happening right before my eyes!! She went from bald to a head full of hair in just over a month. On a side note: Haley is drinking Plexus Slim for energy and to help with her sugar cravings and she loves it and says it really is helping her. Ashley started Slim over the weekend because she is gaining a little weight with the steroid. Here's the deal, I signed on to be an ambassador. I think rather than being a cure all - which it is not- it is about getting healthy. Gut health, increasing energy and metabolism, etc... I too was skeptical, but in hindsight I really wasn't. I know it is about being healthy. Ashley is not cured but hopefully we have discovered a way to help control her flare ups. Even if she loses her hair again (which she could) I know that getting her gut regulated has helped her tremendously! #Plexus #Alopecia #Pleximony #whyiplexus #mypassion #startyourjourneytoday #plexusischanginglives #watchmeorjoinme #plexusprincess

It is a very cute little 2 bedroom one bath house with new dual paned windows, Forced Air and A/C, new roof and front patio. The seller had 2 horses there and one time. It is priced under $300,000 and the seller wants to move up north asap. Give us a holler if you or one of your friends wants more infor.

I am taking Renee's Nexus challenge on. Trying the vitamins and Pro-Botics for a start. So far so good. No more sugar cravings and 10pm and my appetite is back where it belongs. Now maybe I can get off of this bloody plateau I have been on. Still weigh 230# and size 16. Just 45 pounds to go and I want it gone now. I am going to try the weight loss drink starting the end of the month. I thought it was more important to level everything out first and my knees feel better now too.

My poor big boy. The animal control visited my neighborhood a few weeks ago (I was out walking my dogs and tangled with a loose bull) and they discovered that my boy was un-neutered (my female is) and told me very nicely to get him fixed and licenced or else. They told me where to get it done cheaply. So today the deed was done and he is all legal. But he is a cone head for a week and very embarrased. The worst is that his best friend, my horse Chic, has decided that a monster has taken over his friend and absolutely freaked out and will not go near him. Poor Checkers is heart broken and confused that his buddy snorts and runs away from him. He is so sad. He is now sulking in his dog house and Chic is watching to see if the monster comes back.

I had such a great weekend - I got to go the the Sat and Sun rodeo in Norco with my good friend and neighbor who had VIP tickets. WOW what a way to enjoy a rodeo . What I really enjoyed was the respect and honor everyone showed our flag and the national anthem. Plus a prayer before the beginning of the the rodeo. Was great to be in a place where patiotism was not a dirty word and God was welcome. We also got to see some brave young men and women inducted into the Armed Services. Made me feel proud and hopeful for us all. The horses were beautiful and the riders were great. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and I meet a lot of wonderful people. Oh - and the food was to die for.

Well evidently the first round of antibiotics I took way back in March did not get rid of the Lyme bug. So now I am on something that is like a z-pack on steroids. Pharmacist was called out when I went to get the prescription filled. I guess 3 days is the normal dosage mine is for 10 days so they had to verify everything. If this doesn't work then it gets really nasty starting with a spinal tap. Oh Lordy!!!!!!

Clean Up Your iPhone Photos with Flic If you've ever gotten that nasty warning from your iPhone that you're almost out of space, it's entirely possible that your photo album is to blame. We don't realize how much space gets chewed up by casual shots which aren't really worth saving. (For example: That photo of where you parked your car at the airport!) Cleaning out your photos via the iOS interface is kind of a pain, though, and that's why most of us avoid the chore. Fortunately, there's an app which makes weeding your photo garden a snap. It's called "Flic" and works a lot like apps like Tinder, where you swipe left for "no" and swipe right for "yes." A left swipe deletes, a right swipe saves. If you accidentally swipe left on a photo you wished you'd kept, don't worry. Flic lets you review your trash can before committing to the big delete. Get Flic for iOS for free here: http://getflic.com/

Thinking About Flood Insurance? It’s a nightmare situation, and we’ve all seen it on the news before: Water lapping at people’s roofs, furniture floating in inundated living rooms, and entire livelihoods swept away by floods. Almost any waterway can become a flood threat if the conditions are right. What would you do if you found your home facing a rising water line? Most people don’t realize that basic homeowners’ insurance policies don’t cover flood damage. Think snow damage or hurricanes are covered by your policy? Check again. Many companies will not pay out for repairs from water events such as these. Some facts you should know about flood insurance: • Premiums for flood insurance will vary based on home construction, year, and estimated risk. • There’s a 30-day waiting period before coverage goes into effect. (Don’t get caught shopping for a last-minute policy because you see a big storm coming!) • If you buy flood insurance while you’re engaged in the mortgage process, you may waive the 30-day waiting period. • The U.S. government will not provide flood assistance unless the area is declared a disaster zone. • If you’re selling a home in a flood plain, recognize that the flood insurance requirement may be viewed as a major negative in buyers’ eyes. • Flood maps can change, so it’s a good idea to check floodmap.net for information. • Flood insurance doesn’t necessarily cover everything in your home, so be aware of the terms of the policy. While the decision to purchase flood insurance is ultimately up to you, provided you’re not required by your lender to have it, you should ask yourself if the savings is worth the risk. Be prepared for floods by reading up on them at the ready.gov website here: http://ift.tt/Ps9mge You can also learn more about flood insurance at FEMA here: http://ift.tt/TsHa1M Curious who offers flood insurance in your area? Well yesterday was a bit-- for sure. Took 2 hours to get my grandkids home to Apple Valley (usually a a 55 minute drive) and then coming home. OMG. 1 to 5 miles and hour for hours. I thought I would never get off of Cajon Pass. Then some SOB broke int to my car and went through everything. Got my Garmin GPS (10 years old and works when it feels like it) 2 phone chargers and cords (the $5 sets) and my tool box (full of cheap cheezy tools). lol. I mean really, did they think that crap was really work stealing. Pisses me off, but really how dumb some people are.

I had more fun yesteray afternoon. I am bruised, sore and a mite stiff but it was great. Started ground breaking my 5 year old gelding (was a stud till last fall) that my neice gave me. He was also an orphan foal just to put thing in perspective. He is used to being the boss of everything in the pen with him and he figured I was no exception. oops. My reflexes are a mite slow and he knocked me down once. Dirt and manure in my undies, bra etc. Oh, do not piss off the old broad who is mad at herself for being to slow. Round pen reason to be applied liberally. He took about 20 -25 minutes before he dropped his head and started to chew. lol. He came to me nice and quiet and respectful and stayed out of my space. I am sure I am going to have to rinse and repeat a couple of times before he is totally convinced but I had so much fun laughing at myself and I got a ton of excercise to boot. Cannot understand why my hubby is so upset. He didn't try and kick or bite. Just shoved me just right as if to to say, I am boss. I said no your not and --- I won.

Had a great day yesterday. One of my nieces is moving in with us for a while and I was cleaning out and rearranging bedrooms (full of my husbands stuff) and she come over and helped. We got it 99% done and all Jess' stuff is put away and organized. He will never be able to find a thing. *wicked giggle) Her bedroom is ready to be painted in her choice of color. I was one dead body by the end of the day but it was so great to spead the afternoon with her and so nice to have all the stuff out of my bedrooms. They can actually be slept in now.

Had a great day yesterday as a good friend of mine took me with a tour group to Solvang for the day. I had never been so, of course, I had a great tiem and came home with a delicious bottle of California wine. And that was an adventure in itself. Wine Tasting day so I intended to explore a bit. Lordy, some of those places did not believe in service at all. No people skills whatsoever. lol. So --- I went down a side street and into a little momma/poppa place that served their own wine (Toccata) and I had a blast. Came out with a lovely bottle of white wine that was just what I was looking for and meet some lovely people.

Had a great time last night watching my grand niece play baseball. 8 year old girls who really had it together. They all had a ton of fun and I did not hear any negative comments from the opposing teams parents. Everyone cheered for every girl. It was so enjoyable. Kudos to all the parents and coaches for teaching good sportsmanship.

Here is the lastest from "Eye on Housing" that I thought might interest you. Rates on New Home Loans Stable, Under 4 Percent BY PAUL EMRATH on JUNE 2, 2015 • (0) On May 28, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) reported that mortgage rates overall were nearly stable in April, changing by a mere 2 basis points. The same was true for the subset of mortgages used to purchase newly built homes. The average contract interest rate on conventional mortgages for new homes edged down by 3 basis points, while the average initial fees on the mortgages increased. The combination caused the average effective interest rate on new home loans (amortizing the initial fee over the estimated life of the loan) to drop by only a single basis point, to 3.92 percent.

Here is our grad all decked out. 435 graduates with 20 honor students of which Kyle was one. 2 letters too. Brace is because he just had rotator cuff surgery ( from wrestling). Kid with the glasses is Nathan who is also an AP student like his bro who (Nat) plans on attending MIT. Nat will probably graduate next year although he is just going into his sophomore year. Check out all the awards hanging on Kyle's chest. Do I sound like a terribly proud grandma?? Yep. I are one. ☺

OK. My hands are shaking and my heart is doing flip flops. Hubby comes into my computer room and say "I think the old man (my 36 year old horse - Chic) is gone. He is laying over in the corner of the corral really weird. " Of course my heart stops. I go out and he is in the strangest position I have ever seen so I figure "Oh God" but at least it was quick so I go over to see closer and he stands up and says What's up mom. You interrupted my nap. Got apples? Lord have mercy, and thank you.
